Returns and Refunds Policy

General description

Our refund and return request policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your reservation, we cannot offer you a solution.

Date reservations are exempt from refunds and/or returns. If the event cannot be held on the reserved dates, other dates will be established for its completion.

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, other dates will be proposed, within a certain number of days.
